Trading is broken

The trade site is not listing my new items and is still listing items that are already sold. I have tonnes of gear that I cannot move nor sell and pings coming in every minute for items I no longer have listed/in my possession.

Does anyone know if this is a known bug, if there's any fixes and if the devs are aware?

The trade API from the website can experience delays, this is common. This should be more expected due to early access.
