Game crash with Infernalist Demon form. 100% replicatable

Methods to replicate

Using the Infernalist Hexblast build.

1. Go Demon form
2. Cast a spell and Portal at the same time

Summoning a portal while in demon form forces you out of demon form to cast the portal. This happening at the same time for some reason crashes the game. 100% replicatable

Edit: Turns out you do not need to hit ANYTHING with hexblast.
You just need to cast while in demon form, and use your portal the moment you cast.
