Retracting a report?

I just realized I submitted a report for someone in error. They whispered me to buy a jewel that I had listed for 1 div but I thought they changed the trade message to just a few exalts. I reported them and moved on. I later realized I had another jewel with the exact same name which was the one they wanted. I feel bad for reporting them since I was confused by both items having the same name. Can I retract that report somehow?

I think the name pool for items needs to be expanded as I'm seeing duplicate names much more often than in poe 1.

I highly doubt anything would of come of it..... Changing the price for an item it's even against TOS. They made an offer which you didn't accept, that's it.
