increased energy shield from focus not applying

Passive skill points allocated into "% increased energy shield from equipped focus" are not applying any energy shield when eldritch battery is allocated. Sapphire jewels with "% increased energy shield from equipped focus" also have no affect. I am equipping everlasting gaze in the mix as well. Is this intended?

" "% increased energy shield from equipped focus" is applied at the same time as other "% increased energy shield" modifiers. Before those apply, Eldritch Battery converts your Energy Shield to Mana, and so your Focus is giving you 0 Energy Shield. " "Gain as" occurs at the same time as "Converts". None of the Energy Shield you're gaining from Everlasting Gaze is from your Focus--it's all from the Mana before your Energy Shield is converted to Mana. |
