Lost access to early access

I am on xbox and I can no longer login to the game. I logged into the website, and it said on my account that I don’t have access to early access POE2. I don’t know how this happened, so how can we get it resolved?

To clarify, the website access page only shows your status for the PC early access. If you've purchase access for XBox you should be able to play using XBox. I hope this helps!
