Huge mana pool loss gamebreaking bug

I had 8.2k mana. now 6.3k. dmg went down from 180k spark to 118k spark.
It all started when I setup my weapon swap for each ability separately. I was missing 10 dexterity for my weapon set 2, and tried to get it by changing small nodes from 5 int to 5 dex, twice. Boom, as soon as I hit apply, my mana goes down. I changed this so when I have 2nd weapon on, I can use all of my gear.
Had to reroll down and just not use 2nd weapon for casting longer spells as I would die from having less resistances and mana (SW).

Then I tried, out of curiosity, to put on plus to all attributes ring instead of a ring with no bonus attributes. to see if it will change anything. And what happened? I lost HALF of my dps. As soon as my dex raised for all attributes. Actually, I had more dps WITHOUT a ring, by around 15% than with ring that had some spell cast speed on it. This is absurd.

Another separate issue that I will mention here - Mana converted to energy shield via everlasting gaze doesn't convert all of my mana. I noticed when I was using % mana gems, my mana would go up, and my energy shield would stay the same. These are very game breaking bugs and really a horrible experience. I invested over 300 hours into poe 2 since lauch. I am thinking of completely quitting.

To add to this - I was obsessively tinkering around for hours and have possibly narrowed it down to the "morior invictus" armor not increasing global defences at all (50% from 5 core sockets). I think that might be one part of the problem, no idea about the huge overall dps loss with my regular gear though. And also the ring with all attributes giving me big negative dps compared to no ring at all.

The same thing happened to me, I had 10k+ mana and when I went from level 89 to 90 my mana dropped to 8k mana, I haven't changed anything at all, I have the same equipment and the same int as before but less mana and less ES
