POE2 ancestral totem life bug

When I equip an amulet that increases melee skill levels, my ancestral totems become extremely fragile, almost dying in a single hit from enemies. However, when I switch back to an amulet without level bonuses, the totems return to normal. After several tests, it seems that the totems' health or resistances are significantly reduced. I'm unsure whether this is due to the totems' level or if it is specifically related to the amulet. Other factors have been ruled out, so this is likely a bug.
