Shield wall, occasionally deleting loot. poe 2

Hey I've experienced this on poe 2. I will sunder and have shield wall up, i think the shield wall gets the killing blow. The mob "dies" but no loot drops, also map won't complete I've had that happen on a rare essence mob, it was augury in the middle area. on a boss too no loots, at all no filter just 0 drop.
also couldn't complete that map after killing the boss. very strange bug.
