Game freeze when loading to new terrain

Game totally freezed aftter loading to new terrain and cannot do anything, it happened "everytime" i try to load to new terrain.

My spec:
Ryzen 5 5600
16Gb Ram
RTX 4060

Tried to lowest every possible settings, HDR disabled, Window updated, Nvidia Driver updated.

New player to this kind of game- no experience, I cannot tell where the problem comes from.
Stats shows that CPU might be overloading( red bar for CPU usage always full).

please help!
