So its been almost 3 weeks since accounts have been locked with zero response from GGG. Anyone who has been locked since December and now unlocked, how long ago were you assisted? Is GGG just ignoring us?

I don't know why my credit card account gets locked whenever there's an automatic refund. I've already had two accounts locked, can you unlock them faster, please?I don't know how long I have to wait. I've invested a lot of effort into my account, and it keeps getting locked for no apparent reason. The email responses are also not timely.
