Based on the current situation, you should not request any refunds because there is a possibility that they will lock your account, and it may take months to get a response from their support team. The best approach is to leave it as is, and once everything stabilizes, you can request refunds. Most of their responses on forums are just copy-paste. Many people have had their accounts locked after requesting a refund for a cosmetic item they didn’t like, without any prior notice.
