Game crashes on pretty much every loading screen (PLEASE RESOLVE)

Every time i go into a new instance the game doesn't only crash.. the PC has to be hard reset which scares me for many reasons which I'm not gonna list... I've seen many players having this issue and its not a PC minimal requirement issue i promise you that... Whenever I'm in an instance game runs smooth and the game is amazing... however the game is unplayable when you cant get into a new area due to a PC crash every time there is a loading screen.. I shouldn't have to turn off 2 CPU cores to try to bypass it.. this needs to be fixed because its seems no one has a 100% solution.. Please let me know if you have a fix if not this should probably be a top priority.. here are my specs and ive tried everything under the sun to get it to try and work watching over 2hrs of youtube videos and nothing works... here are my specs:

Have you tried running vulcan instead of direct x? I had tons of crashes and none since the swap.

Try to roll back your Win 11 to 23H2.
if im not completly wrong the Version 10.0.26100 is the 24H2 which gives a lot of hardcrashes.

MS is aware of it and working on it but best you can do rn is roll back.

I cant roll back since its been 10 days.. its a dumb windows thing.. unless there is a way to backdoor it.. but yes ive tried vulcan and i still get the same issue. The only thing i can say is atleast now 50 percent of the time i am able to close the game out since i have it on windowed mode and everytime I go into any portal or a new realm it is an absolute requirement that I turn off engine multithreading and another absolute requirement is to go into task manager and turn off 2 cpu core so atleast you have a slightly higher chance of preventing a full cpu crash.. Hope you guys can resolve soon because the game is honestly amazing.. I would give it a 9.8/10 but these type of crashes bring it down to like a 4/10 due to frusturation and the possibility of me potentially hurting memory on my hardware..

I just did some more research and if i were to go down to Win 11 to 23H2 it literally requires me create a bootable Windows USB and use that to clean install version 23H2 and on top of even that... microsoft now only provide the ISO and USB for version 24H2, they no longer provide a download for version 23H2.
