Incorrect allocation of purchase orders on Steam

Hello ggg, I purchased the Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack on Steam with order number 47117976. The materials inside were mistakenly assigned to my sub account jay006 # 0697, and the sub account I have been playing on Steam is jf006 # 3149. I request to merge the two sub accounts or transfer my purchased orders to jf006 # 3149. I hope you can help me, thank you.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
Please also include the transaction ID of the purchase in question. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. |
