My account has been hacked, and now locked for a week
My account has been hacked 30.12. By an amazing coincidence, I logged into the game at the moment when the hacker was in my HO, but did not have time to trade anything.
I mailed to support, stating that nothing was stolen, with a nickname and a link to the hacker's trade. In response, I received a wonderful message with a link to some post from 10 years ago, and regret that my things cannot be returned (lol). After that, I changed my password, and an hour later I received a lock on the account, which still hangs to this day. Numerous letters of support did not give any result. " And how long do I have to wait? Weeks? Months? Years? I am a victim and my account is blocked while the hacker continues his activities and puts other victims' items up for sale. I thought that the support service in other companies was not at the highest level, but how wrong I was... GGG is definitely the worst in 20 years of my gaming experience |

Dude ask anyone on this forum, do they unlock 1 person after launch, and you got dont get any answer. It's make me really sad.

I've been waiting for 2 weeks, and many others have been waiting for months without receiving any answers
