PS5 POE 2 not recognized on site

I've purchased POE2 (I think twice) and I cannot access my characters or items on the site. If I select my account and click the drop down, I don't see POE2 listed at all. If I select POE 2 early access, it says I don't have access.

Is this a known issue or is there something wrong with my account? I've verified I'm logged into both with the same username and password.

I have the exact same issue. Can't see my poe 2 characters when I'm logged into my account, but I see the remaining psn account store points and all of my store purchases, so all of my transactions have gone through.

What I also want to add, since today I think its possible to finally use the loot filter on console, at least that's what I thought, since you now can select loot filter and set them to po2. I followed the never sink loot filter for poe2, which is also active in my profile here, but within the game on ps5 I still only have the standard loot filter option available. So is the feature not live now or am I doing something wrong, since I'm really desperate for the lootilter
