account block since 11 december... without answering

Hello, I'm telling you about the problem that I have been having since December 11, 2024, when the game was released... my account was blocked due to a problem with the return and purchase of the game again, for now I have not had any solution for 26 days. and no case or anything done, two emails and two replies on the forum, that's just the problem, I haven't heard anything about my account for almost a month, after spending 30 euros worth the game here on Spain, I know there will be a lot of work... but almost 30 days and I don't know anything, this is money that I have spent, I just want to talk to someone by email, or someone to be able to solve this. my ID is Vykojin, I hope you will try to help me please. Did you get Your Account Unlocked now? Did they reached out towards you? Its Insane that so many similiar Problems they could easily fix i asume (i mean unlocking an account after we contact them shouldnt be that hard).

For my part, I have been blocked since December 11, I know there is a lot of work, but it is 27 days, almost a month... and with each day that passes, imagine how nervous and indecisive I am about the issue, I hope they will solve it
