Problem with Unreceived Microtransactions

Hello Grindinggear Team, good morning,

I am the player Adovisk#2690. Today, January 4, 2025, I took advantage of the promotion on microtransactions in Path of Exile 2 and purchased 4 premium stash tabs, as well as upgraded a regular tab to premium.

Although these transactions are recorded in my microtransaction history, they have not appeared in the game. I am reaching out to resolve this issue.

I bought others before and they worked perfectly, but the ones purchased on January 4th did not appear, even though they were in the transaction history.

I would like to provide an update that on the same day I sent an email, and a few days later, I sent another one requesting an update on my request. However, I have not received any response so far.

I am writing to follow up on a previous email I sent regarding an issue with microtransactions in Path of Exile 2. As a reminder, I am the player Adovisk#2690, and on January 4, 2025, I purchased 4 premium stash tabs and upgraded a regular stash tab to premium during the promotion.

While these transactions are correctly listed in my microtransaction history, they have yet to appear in the game. Unfortunately, despite my initial contact, I have not received any response or resolution to this issue to date.

I kindly request an update on the status of my case and assistance in ensuring the microtransactions are delivered as intended.

It looks like these allocations have been correctly applied to your account. Can you please double check in-game again for the tabs? Please note that you may need to enter a fresh area in order to refresh your tab interface with any new allocations you've purchased, so if you ever do not see tab changes right away you may want to try going to a different town instance to see if that helps.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for my misunderstanding regarding the quad stash tab I purchased. I initially believed it was for four new tabs, but I now understand that it is a single tab with four times the space.

I regret any inconvenience my previous messages may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for providing such a detailed and efficient system within Path of Exile 2, and I apologize again for my oversight.
