Can we fix already?

I have made several posts about the controller issue POE 2 has. First problem is if you die doing the trials the controller freezes up and u have to logout of poe2 with the mouse to get the controller to work again. Second if you're controller dies in the middle of doing anything the game kicks u back to the char screen and when you go back in you're dead. Can you please take a look at this thank you.
