Option to Disable Enemy Highlight Outline

When hovering the cursor over an enemy, it gets highlighted with a red outline. While this can be helpful for some players, I would prefer to have the option to disable it.

Could you please add a setting to toggle the red outline on or off? This would allow players to customize their experience to better suit their preferences. Thanks!

they even disable it when they show the gameplay on their live videos, it’s like they know it looks bad during gameplay and yet there is no option to disable it…
