Support ticket not answered/resolved since launch
Is anyone having bad luck with support? I dont feel like checking my mail every day and im about to take drastic messures to get this sorted.

They ignore everything I or others have mentioned in the email, even when we’ve sent a detailed explanation. They only ask about the account name, 4-digit number, and character names. Is this really a support person from GGG, or just an automated email response system? My fear is shared by many here — waiting in vain for a second email response from them. |

".I feel the same way. I heard they provide good and fast support for games, so I started playing this game. Some people have found it extremely frustrating and complained to the International Consumer Committee. Even when they noticed this, they still received the same copy-pasted response with the subject to contact GGG support via email. There was one guy who had been waiting for about 2 months. |

"There are people who spend more than $400 to enjoy a game, only to have their accounts randomly locked. In my case, my $90 Thauma upgrade package was automatically refunded. I believe this is the reason my account was locked. I emailed them, expressing my willingness to repurchase this package at the exact price difference they stated, hoping they could unlock my account. I received an email today, but it seemed like an automated response because they ignored all the information I provided and instead asked for my digital account number and the names of some in-game characters. It’s quite scary since it takes a long time to get any further response from them. It’s ridiculous that I have to beg them to let me compensate for the upgrade package so my account can be unlocked. Pleading with them to fix this by using money to make amends, yet they seem to ignore emails from players. This makes the waiting process feel horrifying and unbearable. |
