need help from fellow warior (can't figure some stat loss)

Where is my strength going ? i can't see any secondary node involving strength in my passives tree, my strength should stay the same. It's the same weapons on both weapon set there's just one for boss with less aoe and more single target. any idea ? am i alone ? maybe just blind or dumb ? :D what the hell am i missing ?
