Account Locked

As mentioned in the title, my account is currently locked due to some jokes I made in the Global chat on December 20, 2024. I have accepted the consequences and understood the reasoning behind the lockout.

I was informed by support that my account could be unlocked once I agreed to adhere to the guidelines moving forward which I did by sending a confirmation response. It has been days since I provided my confirmation.

I’m reaching out to kindly ask for an update on the status of my main account unlock. I truly enjoy playing on my main account, and I’ve even purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast to show my support for GGG.

I would greatly appreciate any updates or assistance and I hope for a swift resolution so I can return to the game.

Is this an automated response? I believe it is. I am losing hope that our account will never be unlocked. Can I have my $480 back? I don't want to request a refund, I just want my access back even if you permanently ban my ability to chat.
