Inagduk map bug

I'm 90% certain that I've finished the Inagduk the bog witch quest in the Azak bog, but on my map, it shows as incomplete. I've killed the boss on both difficulties after completely clearing the map and getting the buff beforehand. I've spoken to every NPC in town and exhausted all dialog and still can't get the icon to gray out. Is this a known bug?
