"Mysterious Shade" Quest Bugged, Not Seen This Particular State Reported

I completed both the 'kill' quests and talked to Lachlann, then opened the gates.

He ran into the graveyard but I Town Portaled back to Clearfell to access my stash.

On returning to Lachlann, who's now stood by the grave, he doesn't proceed with his rant before triggering the fight, instead he still says he "are you soft in the head" or whatever one-liner he says before you've completed the 'kill' quests.

Basically this has bricked my progress of course because the further zones are gated by killing him.

I tried logging out and back in .. hey, it works for several Japanese MMOs I could mention! .. but not here.

Seems there are a number of game-breaking bugs with this quest. :(

Of course "Sorrow Among The Stones" is also bricked, following him to the grave doesn't happen if you teleport away and he arrives at the grave without you in his 'Presence' I assume.

Very bad quest flagging here it seems.
