Server crash and loot rollback

Hello! Today, at ~ 20.30 GMT+3 was playing on the Moscow server, Perfect Jeweler Orb was dropped and i picked it up[img][/img]. After that, the server simply stopped responding and I was rolled back a few seconds, taking my drop and my experience percentages. I am attaching a screenshot to the topic. Please help and return the game values.
