POE2 DOESN'T UNDERVALUE IT'S CUSTOMERS, WE SIMPLY HAVE NO VALUE AT ALL

It's been over a month since my first email to them (Dec. 5th), yet they haven't even bothered contacting me, let alone correct a very solvable issue so that I may play the game I paid over $150 to enjoy ($105, $21, $5, $21). That's over double what a new game costs, yet I sit here hearing nothing for weeks on end. If this was any other online service, people would've assumed they got scammed on their purchase.

Their "Click here for early access" button was not only misleading (it was for PC only) but also deceptive. But what did stupid me do? I waited for it to become available from another company (PlayStation) and purchased it there as well. And what thanks did I get from GGG for taking it upon myself to go above and beyond? A LOCKED ACCOUNT...

Your partnership with the company (Xsolla) that charges your American customers should be working in tandem with you. Don't assume just because they refunded one of your customers that now said customer should lose access to their product (especially when they paid over double what a comparable product in the market would cost). It is also a horrible practice to ban first and ask questions later. If you are not 100% sure the customer should lose service, don't remove it.

At this point, I don't even know what I should do. I've considered calling the company directly, but that involves me contacting my cellphone company and taking on extra charges for an international call. I've already contacted GGG via other email addresses I've found (but heard nothing). I don't want to cancel the charges that should give me access to the game (as I still want to play). But I can't just sit here and do nothing anymore.

Are there any suggestions anybody has to offer? This question is not only meant for forum posters, but anybody associated with PoE2 (including the moderators here, the developers, or anybody else a part of the company in any way). I will try to keep this thread near the top of the forum in hopes somebody that can do something will do something.

I'm afraid we aren't able to assist with account-related issues over the forums. We're currently handling a large volume of support requests. If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We appreciate your patience!
