No answer from GGG support after 4 days of waiting

So, i made a purchase, but was'nt aware that my POE1 and POE2 account was different "accounts", so i now have 200 coins tied up on my POE1 account, and really need them on my POE2 account, so i can by new tabs in my inv. Any1 else having issues with support tickets not getting answered?

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
people have been waiting longer than 4 days and they will be seen before you...you'll just need to wait (and not try to bump your email to be seen as it resets your position in the queue)

It is now a week later, and i have still not heard anything from support. My currency is still locked to my "old" account, and i cannot use it. Its increasingly frustrating needing the currency in game, but not being able to use it. This has to be the longest response time i have ever had from any kind of support.
