Cannot get my account verified

Hi!
I'm trying to change my email address as I got hacked and cannot access this address anymore leaving me in a state where my game consider myself as non-verified. When I try changing the adress i get an error message. Could you please look into it? It's been more than 20 days since I cannot trade with anyone making my experience very difficult.
