Support will not answer my email. Any other way to contact them?

I have an account issue regarding my $100 pack and have emailed them twice about it now with detailed information. They have still not responded to my emails. It has been about 10 days now and I am starting to get frustrated about it.

Thank you for the response! Yes I have emailed you guys twice in regards to my issue. I understand you are busy I just wanted to make sure you even received my email. I didn't get any type of automated response or anything so I was a bit confused.
