Trying to buy the 480 pack

Hello I am trying to buy the 480 pack on my PC account but when I logged on my psn it made a brand new account. I contacted support to unlink it but on January 1st but due to high number of support emails they have not been able to respond. Can any GGG moderator help me with this. I provided them with the account name which is this account and even name of my characters dragbon and zwe on poe2 and on poe 1 its frosteye. Can you please help

Can you clarify which account you were wanting to purchase the Supporter Pack on? You should be able to purchase it on your current account by being logged into your account and visiting the shop page here. I hope this helps!
