I logged into the official Path of Exile website using my XBOX account and purchased the "Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack" ,intending to use it on the XBOX platform. However, after the purchase,I found out that the service pack cannot be used on XBOX. I believe that after purchasing the Early Access permission on the official website of Path of Exile, this permission has not been linked to my Xbox account,If the Early Access Pack I purchased on the official Path of Exile website cannot be used on the Xbox platform, please help me process a refund of $30,thx.

THX,I have already sent an email to inform you of my Xbox account name. I used my Xbox account to log in to the official Path of Exile website. Since I am unable to launch the game on Xbox, I do not have any character names. It has been 5 days since I sent the email and I have not received a response yet. Thank you.
