Making a purchaae but going to another account with the same name but different numbers?

Bought the 100$ Supporter pack from the website, but apparently I had 2 accounts with the same name linked to the same email, one is Katsumata#xxxx and the other Katsumata#xxxx (Different numbers) and obviously the purchase went to the one Im not using, anybody had, has, or gotten this issue resolved? Has anybody actually been helped with an transactional issue yet?

I did send an email but only had 1 character at the time so I didnt bother, should I add that in a new email? And for the second account it hasnt even created a character yet but has 1000 coins and MTX, I heard that if you touch the MtX they wont do anything, so just holding out
