My feedback after 240 hours

I have about 230 hours of play now, and I can clearly state that console play is terrible and the game in general has many issues! I really hope something is done about everything. And TBH, I think it was really dumb to release this right before a major holiday like that! You knew support staff would be lacking during that time. You also knew the game would have issues right off the bat. Yet, you still rush released this right before a major holiday, why?

The getting one tapped by crap from off screen is going to be my breaking point with this game! Something needs to be done about this ASAP. My buddy quit playing because of this, and it is starting to make me want to quit. What a freaking stupid way to die. At no point have I been like, well that was challenging. No, instead I get pissed off that I just lost loot, XP, and buffed map nodes TO SOMETHING I CAN NOT EVEN F***ING SEE THROW AN ATTACK. How the F*** am I supposed to dodge something I cannot see? Dodging attacks is something I actually enjoy about ARPG's. But getting single tapped without the possibility to even know it's coming, just STUPID! With that being said, I do not mind one tap mechanics, especially on boss fights. As stated, I like dodging big attacks and learning their move sets.

I really love a couple parts of the trading system and crafting system, but feel it really needs some work. Am I supposed to be crafting for better gear, or just saving to trade on what feels like the most ridiculously priced trade market that is being ran by real world sellers and people monopolizing items? If I am to be crafting, then why are loot drops so low and the crafting items so garbage? All crafting materials are super negative. 200+ hours and I am not wearing a single thing I have crafted, and I spent a lot of time crafting. Heck, I do not think I have worn a single piece I have crafted since I started my character. They have all turned out to be garbage thanks to super negative effects of the material. This leads me to just wanting to trade. But, again, that is a WILD place to go, especially for console players. Luckily, I have my laptop by my side, but I know many do not have that option. But even going onto the site to purchase something from someone just feels like a nightmare with the insane prices. I get it, that's not on GGG, but I feel like something could be done to make the market better. TBH, I would prefer to be crafting and have far less stupid RNG effects. Seriously, I see where crafting could be so amazing, but the negative outcomes are so strong that it makes crafting terrible! One of my favorite parts of trading is the highlighting of items someone is purchasing from you. Never seen that before and thought it was amazing.

As for mapping, this is something I have thoroughly enjoyed, even with how many deaths I have. Expedition is a hit or miss for me, but I lean on them being a fun little side quest. Delirium and breach are hands down my favorite, but the crafting materials from delirium are just bad. I have fought the breach boss 4 times, died 3 times thanks to lag from the game. Thinking I am done with those since the system cannot hold up to fighting the boss. Why try something when the game will lag out, kill you, and rob you of any loot/XP you might had gotten? Technically I beat him twice, but his death animation lagged me out and his hands got me as I got him. That was my breaking point with these. Map boss were cool for a bit, but I just cannot see why I am continuing to kill the same boss over and over with not much of a drop from him. You have to level up your maps very high to even make it worth the fight, but getting to that point cost a TON through trading and crafting to that point is just LOL. Did I mention how STUPID getting one shot from off screen is?

XP loss on death is terrible! I do not think I need to explain further on this. I feel Streamers have covered this enough.

As for playing on the console. Ya, buy it on PC if you can. The lack of loot filters combined with terrible lag that WILL kill you on boss fights, makes it a rather infuriating experience.

Support is extremely terrible IMO. It takes way too long to get a reply. There are people still locked out of their accounts, unable to cross save, still have not had their gold consolidated like they asked, etc. Getting a reply for 2 issues I have had was just a terrible experience. I am still waiting on a reply for 1 of my issues. This leads back to, why did you release this right before a major holiday? Oh, and did I mention how utterly stupid one taps from off screen are?

I have lots more to say but feel I have ranted enough and just want to get onto other things in life right now. I truly do hope something is done about many of people's complaints and that GGG takes the players into mind going further. In all, I seriously love this game and feel addicted. I can sit down and lose 3 hours of my day, thinking it has only been maybe 1 hour. I LOVE games that get me that involved. I really wish I had suggestions for my complaints, but at this time I feel streamers have said it better than I can and am just going to leave it with their voices.

Oh, one last thing. Please change the security tokens of the website. Why do I have to confirm I am not a bot to load the page, then select account just to confirm I am not a bot, so that I can get to the login screen just to confirm I am not a bot again. Really? Also, why can I not stay logged in on my laptop? You keeping government secrets and that is why I need to be logged out so fa

What do we represent for GGG ? Console player is like maybe 5% of the player base ?

How is this not feedback? Further, beta/alpha testing is not only to test the mechanics of a game but to also inform on if the content is playable or even enjoyable. Being able to gove positive and negative feedback is part of that. Are you projecting with the asshole comment or just a blatant moron?

Console play is fine on PS5 Pro, but we need a freaking lootfilter asap.

PS5 pro is same garbage game like any other consoles.Screen tearing 10 frames lags in act 3 and endgame...
