Crash occurance and hp pot buff not showing

Potion icon bug:
When "Show Flask Buffs" is checked in options (Interface->Gameplay), the pot 'buffs' doesn't show in the top left.

Crash occurance:
Using the portal to town (I use keyboard bind) while "Comet" is casting from "Barrier Invocation" the game crashes. Haven't tried it with other triggers.

Jarngripr unique bug:
I cannot cut skill gems that I do not satisfy the attribute requirements for, despite having Jarngreipr equipped. If I cut them while satisfying the req. by swapping gear/talents and then swap back, I am able to utilize the skills with Jarngripr as intended, despite the req. showing as red in the menu.

In my case the melee skills are Ice Strike and Tempest Bell.
