I bought the upgrade package and lost $380 but didn't get the upgrade package, I've emailed, when will I get a reply?
I have provided as much detail as possible about the process.
I've been waiting for 25 days and still haven't been resolved.

I like this game so much that I'm willing to pay for it.
But the speed with which the problem was dealt with was disappointing.
I paid for the support package and didn't get the service.
