Points donated to the guild have disappeared.

Hello, this morning (Jan 7th) I purchased 200 points and donated 140 to my guild to buy tabs. It turns out that the points were deducted from my account and did not appear in the guild. We are 3 members, the leader is my relative, the points were not spent nor did they appear as balance, what should I do? Thank you for your attention guys.

In order for the points to be successfully transferred to your guild, the leader of the guild must log into the Path of Exile website and accept the points. Need help with anything? Feel free to contact us at: support@grindinggear.com :)
