It goes with 10+ day delays between emails.
GGG wasn't planning to spend weeks at or near the top of the steam charts at the start of early access; and hasn't been able to hire and train enough new support people to drain the communications backlog. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
