Can't enable crossplay / account says I don't have POE2 Early access

I log in today and notice once a message saying I cannot access the chat due to account restrictions yet I can't find any information in my account about any restrictions? I clearly still have the message in my inbox thanking me for my purchase of POE2 early access but then another area tells me I don't have access and I need to beg for a key from a friend or purchase one myself.

What's going on? Why suddenly am I able to see other people in town but can't whisper with anyone? Also, if it helps expedite this process yes I have gone under the Xbox Privacy settings and have made sure that everything is enabled and can send a screenshot proving such. I have no issues with my Xbox account or with their game pass service as I can play other games on crossplay just fine so what happened here? I was enjoying the game and have 4 characters in the game so far so what's with the sudden change?
