Unable to see entire character name

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I play on Xbox series X, and I cannot see the entirety of either of my character names in the game. Not on login screen to select character, nor in the Social screen. None of my Guild mates can see it either. I know for a fact that I put numbers in my character names, but the stupid game doesn't want to show me those numbers at all.

Doesn't matter if I'm in the character stat screen or not, I cannot find the full name of my character. And unfortunately the POE site doesn't show me I have access to the Early Access of POE2, so I cannot see anything through my account on there either.

Would love to have a solution to this, because trying to have people add me is a nightmare.

Update: Had a guild mate delete and readd me and it apparently shows my name with two underscores instead of the numbers. Not sure why that's a thing if the game allows us to put numbers in the character name, but yet removes them entirely and replaces them with symbols.
