Repeating audio bug causes game to slow down and eventually crash.

In my witch run (where i have gotten to the caravan past Deshar), after I equipped a pair of gauntlets, I suddenly started getting a repeated audio trigger that would cause my game to crash. Im now getting this audio glitch when picking up gold or healing, causing that run to be unplayable. Not sure what im supposed to do to avoid it.

It has only happened to me once and by restarting the game it went away.

Same with my witch character. Can't find a fix unfortunately
