I purchased the Lord Ogham supporter pack on my linked epic games account but the points didn't show up in this account. Is there anyway to verify that i bought it on the linked account?

If you've completed a purchase through Epic you may need to log in to Path of Exile through the Epic games client then navigate to the in-game microtransaction store in order to redeem the purchase.
Please note that due to the nature of Path of Exile 2 being in Early Access, you may need to use Path of Exile 1's client instead. I apologise for the inconvenience. If doing this doesn't cause your purchase to appear, please send an email to support@grindinggear.com with as much information as possible and we may be able to look into your case further with you. Useful information to include when emailing us is your account and character names, a description of your issue, as well as including what troubleshooting steps you've already done (to hopefully avoid us asking you to do so again).
