Two weeks and no help from support

I contacted your support two weeks ago.

I bought EA through steam. Logged into the game and started playing. Noticed I had no coins so I bought some extra.

Then I found out I actually have to accounts that I can switch between:
One account with my 300 EA coins
One account with my characters and where I spent money that I bought extra

I want to merge these but I am unable to get help from your support.

It has now been two weeks since I reached out.

We're currently working through a very large number of Support requests, however, if you've already sent us an email about this please rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we are able to. We cannot assist with this over the forums.

Thank you for your reply. Now it has been two more days and still no reply.

As it is now I have filled up all tabs on my account with my characters. It would sure do well to get those 300 EA coins into the account I am playing on now.

One might get the impression your tardiness will force me to buy more coins to get extra tabs even though I have 300 EA coins sitting there that I do not want to use (since they are on a second account I am not using for playing)......
