LET ME CHANGE MY ACCOUNT NAME PLS

I created this account for Poe 1 when I was a kid, and I was being edgy when I made my name. Now, I want to change it to my normal name, and apparently, everyone is waiting for a support response. I don't want to have to wait a month just to have my account name changed. Make it an option in account settings or try to get more people in support. I don't know.

why isn't there an option to change it in the settings? i can change my character name but not my account name?
