Hi, there, following your "contact support" page, i emailed support@grindinggear.com for help on 4/1/25. but never get any replies. are there still some1 monitoring the support email inbox?

We're currently working through a very large number of Support requests, however, if you've already sent us an email about this please rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we are able to. We have Support Staff available 24/7 working to get back to everyone as soon as possible.

ok, basicly, I didnt realise that the microtransactions r not shared across plateforms. therefore, I accidently topped up my PC account as well as PS account. r u able to transfer the points from my PS account to my PC account pls?
if u can help me here, then save trouble for your staff replying to my email. thnx |
