I am sending this message because I have not received any further response email from you after the previous one.You completely ignored the detailed issues I provided and only asked me about my account name (including the 4-digit disc) and the names of a few characters in the game that I have set? I have already updated that information in my previous email. And what I received back was just a question asking me again for things I already provided, including account name (including the 4-digit disc) and the names of a few characters in the game?? I'm not sure if the support team has read my email carefully or if it's just an automated response sent back to me with no meaning.In summary, I only wish to repurchase the Thauma upgrade package for 90 USD with the price difference or equivalent that the developers have offered as compensation for the automatic refund of this upgrade package, which was largely due to an error on my part. I hope to be contacted to resolve this issue as best as possible. I understand that you are currently quite busy with a large volume of support tickets from other players. I understand that you are very busy at the moment. Personally, I would like to purchase the Thauma upgrade package for 90USD because I believe it is the reason why my account has been locked. I just want a specific solution because this issue mostly stems from my own mistake, and it makes me feel embarrassed since I allowed the Thauma upgrade package to automatically refund, which has affected your work.
