REFUND REQUEST FOR POE2 EARLY ACCESS

Dear GGG Support Team,

I am writing to follow up on a refund request I submitted on December 28th regarding my recent purchase of Path of Exile 2 Early Access on this account.

Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues with the game, which have made it an unsatisfactory experience for me:

Network Performance: The game suffers from significant network issues, which have made it challenging to play smoothly.
System Performance: My computer struggles to run the game without severe lag and frame drops.
Gameplay Experience: I am not satisfied with the overall gameplay mechanics and feel that the game does not meet my expectations.

I understand that these issues may not affect all players, but they have greatly impacted my ability to enjoy the game. Therefore, I kindly requested a refund in my initial email.

It has been 11 DAYS since I sent my first request, i have sent numerous emails to support@grindinggear.com but haven't received any response.
