Question about 2 accounta on one email

Hi everyone

I'm asking you guys for a hint. I have a PoE2 account on Xbox. Yesterday I found that I could use an extra support pack that I want to use on PlayStation. It turned out when linking accounts that I have an account that I once created for poe 1, which I do not play. Currently on my profile on the poe site I have 2 accounts hooked up to 1 email. I have made an email request to support to delete one of the accounts but I don't know if support will agree. Currently when logging into PoE1 on ps5 I can switch between the account I am playing on and the one I want deleted.
The question is. How do I buy a support pack on ps5 so that I don't make a mistake in which the support pack is connected to an account I'm not using. The concern comes from the fact that microtransactions I made in PoE2 ( stashe ) are not available in PoE 1 ( same user account ) I would appreciate your help.

To clarify, purchases made on PlayStation are not usable on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms are not usable on PlayStation.

Ok. Thank you for the partial answer. How to actually buy a support pack on PlayStation is currently I have 2 accounts hooked up ( one I play on and one that is old and I asked support yesterday to delete it. This is because I want purchases to be made on one account and cross progression
