My Early Access Package Points Transferred to My Account

I bought the game from PlayStation as early access, but the points given in early access were not transferred to my account. I have been waiting for help on this issue for a month, can you please send my points to my account?

Can you please try opening the Path of Exile 1 PlayStation client and opening the in-game shop to see if this helps to refresh your account's entitlements?

Of course, I will download Path of Exile 1 again and try what you said, but I bought Path of Exile 2 as early access, not Path of Exile 1.
