I accidentally deleted a large soul core

I accidentally deleted a large soul core, is there any way I can get it back? because it doesn't fall off the boss again.

No, unfortunately under no circumstances will they help you recover lost items.

Hell, my character itself is bugged and broken as a result of 4 slotted support gem abilities which vanished suddenly upon changing my wand & scepter out for a staff.

I can't even use new support gems to replace the lost abilities because they're all greyed out. Game still thinks I've got them in use!

I emailed them and was basically told they won't even look at the email because support is overwhelmed. In other words, they don't want to spend the time/resources (read: money) to support their early access game appropriately. This would be fine if this game were free to play, but it isn't.

I was reading this article and I thought it only applies to hardcore games.
