'Cast on X' abilities not working with certain spells

I have tested cast on Crit, dodge, freeze and shock.

The spells it doesn't seem to work on are

1. Sniper's Mark
2. Voltaic Mark
3. Conductivity (curse)

However, it seems to work with freezing mark, hypothermia (curse), flammability(curse) and temporal chains (curse).

oddly i've got voltaic mark working but not conductivity, both slotted to cast on freeze

it's because the socketed skill gem is set to be used in only one weapon set, if you slot it as a normal skill and enable both weapon sets again it should work fine.
